CAST, FLAKED AND PRESSED TNT -INERT SIMULANT

Military and commercial TNT is available in several forms.

We manufacture and can supply all three forms, as inert products, for various types of training, testing and simulation.

The cast form is solid cast, as a block and usually supplied wrapped and labeled to represent a military demolition charge.

The flaked form is used as filler in some types of grenades and other ordnance items, and for certain types of commercial blasting operations.

The pressed type is a combination of powdered and flaked TNT in a “phlegmatising” material (desensitizing binder).
