SCHEDULE “D”

PURCHASER'S AGREEMENT TO MAINTAIN A CONTINUITY-OF-POSSESSION REGISTER

(SIGN-OUT/SIGN-IN LOG BOOK)

By my signature below, I agree to prepare, administer and retain on file a log book (continuity-of-possession register) with sequentially numbered, bound-in pages, which will serve as a user record of Securesearch, Inc. inert explosive training aid (ITA) products. I will ensure that the register bears a notice that all SECURESEARCH, INC., products are to be signed out, and signed back in for secure storage, when returned after a training session; the register will be signed and dated by each person taking temporary or permanent possession of these products. This register shall be maintained in a secure location, and is to be made available to any law enforcement agency upon written request, for inspection or for evidence in a court of law, if required.

By my signature below. I further agree that, upon my transfer, retirement or separation from the Agency, Department or Company in my capacity noted below, it shall be my responsibility to undertake, and I shall undertake to present my successor with a copy of this agreement, along with the continuity-of-possession register, and I shall advise my successor that the register must continue to be maintained, used and securely stored so long as any SECURESEARCH, INC. products remain lawfully in our possession. If any such products are disposed of in a legal manner, through a law enforcement agency having jurisdiction, the product(s) will be signed for and specified in detail, with a dated entry in the register, by an authorized peace officer (civil or military police) and full details of the disposition of the goods will be described in writing therein.

I understand that failure to properly maintain a detailed continuity-of-possession register in a permanently-bound form, with all pages numbered and accounted for, may at a later date and under certain circumstances result in liability litigation against myself, my successors, my employer or my estate, in a court of law, in the event that SECURESEARCH, INC. products are used in an unauthorized or unlawful manner which may cause property damage, personal injury or death. I recognize that it is my responsibility to maintain at all times written controls, physical security and accountability of all SECURESEARCH, INC. inert training aids that are in our possession.
